"I mean, I suppose they could wear condoms every time.." Janelle said thoughtfully as she piled scrambled eggs and bacon onto her plate. Karla, sitting next to her her, swallowed her mouthful of toast and replied, "But it seems like it would still be weird." "Exactly," Janelle says. Chaosti sat across from the two of them, quite pale, his food untouched, and looked utterly horrified. He really would have liked to flee screaming, but something about the complete and utter devestation of the situation kept him paralyzed, unable to do anything save for stare at the pair and utter quiet, helpless squeaks.

"What's wrong?" Autumn says when she comes to sit next to Chaosti. She also smiles in greeting to the girls. Derek comes over as well, giving Janelle a kiss on the cheek and sitting next to her, completely oblivious to the conversation at hand.

Karla and Janelle smile in greeting at everyone, but Chaosti remains petrified. He finally chokes out to Autumn, "...She's multiplying." Karla takes a sip of her pumpkin juice then turns back to Janelle and says, "I mean, If I were a gay man I would be completely happy with never having to go there." "You'd think oral and handjobs would be enough. If they wanted something to stick it in badly enough, couldn't they just be straight?" "Or bi at least," Karla shrugged. "So you would think," Janelle agrees with a nod.

Autumn laughs at the conversation, seeing exactly what Chaosti meant. Derek, having just taken a gulp of his drink, spits it out upon hearing his girlfriend. "This is the kind of stuff you asked Chaosti and Logan about, isn't it?" he whispers. After Autumn stops laughing, she leans her head on Chaosti's shoulder. You must have known she knew about this stuff. I did when I was sixteen. Just forget about it. This is normal talk for her half the time anyway...

Janelle beams at Derek and says, "But of course!" Chaosti shakes his head, trying to erase the memory of what just happened, and thinks, 'Knowing she knows and hearing her discuss that knowledge at the breakfast table with her new similarly crazy friend is an entirely different thing.' Karla flicks a glance at Chaosti, then lowers her gaze and begins to tuck in to her food again.

Derek rests his face in his hands and tries to breathe at a constant rate. Autumn glares at Chaosti. She's not crazy. Believe it or not, I've been known to join in a conversation with Janelle on the subject. Does that make me crazy too?

Janelle patted Derek's shoulder, then took a bite of her bacon and set about drowning her scrambled eggs in tomato sauce. Chaosti sighs and says, 'No, of course not. I just meant that Janelle by herself can push me to the edge of my sanity, and her joining forces with someone who has that same knack will undoubtedly result in me needing psychiatric help fairly soon.'

Derek gets back to breathing normally, but can't seem to lift his head in case there was some alterring change in his girlfriend that he hadn't seen before then. Autumn softens and manages a smile. You could always ask them not to discuss it around you. Or there's always letting me help you forget about it later. Then as an afterthought, she looks to Karla. Sorry...

Chaosti grins and replies, 'I like that idea.' Karla looks up from her food, smiles a little, and says aloud, "'S okay." Janelle looks at her and asks, "What?" Karla shrugs. "Nothing," she says, before digging into her food again.

Autumn smiles up at him. "Good," she says. Derek finally lifts his head and sighs in relief of seeing no differences in Janelle. Then, another girl walks into the Dining Hall, and upon seeing the people eating, says, "This must be it." She picks up a plate and piles food on it before heading off to an empty table. Derek looks around to make sure nothing else had changed and sees the girl. He stares at her, his jaw dropping slightly. "That's new," he whispers.
